  1. LOHAA Mobile application / webpage (hereinafter referred to as the “LOHAA”) management is not liable for any commercial transaction’s failures.
  2. LOHAA is trading platform to post offers & requirements of all types of metal scrap; ingots; billets; TMT bars; ferro alloys; E-scrap etc.,
  3. If any abnormal postings of offers & requirements are observed, these postings will be deleted without any intimation.
  4. If someone is posting offers & requirements and is not responding to quires from other LOHAA users, the subscriber will be deleted from LOHAA.
  5. Once subscription fees is paid will not be returned.
  6. Even though LOHAA performance due diligence, it is nowhere responsible of authenticity & Genuine of supply/ buyer.
  7. LOHAA user is advised to do due diligence before proceeding any kind of commercial transaction.
